Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Training
Practical Focus: This program is a skill-development masterclass focused on practical application. While we provide the roadmap to professional success, the Academy does not guarantee employment or specific income levels, as these depend on the student's own effort and market conditions.
Mentor Access: Guidance is provided during scheduled offline sessions. Support outside of class hours is at the discretion of the mentor, Sashant G.
2. Financial Policy
Booking Deposit: The advance payment made to secure a seat is a commitment fee. It is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person or any other service. This fee ensures your spot in a high-demand, small-batch environment.
Payment Deadline: The total course fee must be settled in full before the commencement of the first session. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit and the seat.
No Partial Refunds: In the event that a student chooses to leave the course mid-way for any reason (personal, medical, or professional), no pro-rata or partial refunds will be issued.
3. Batch Rescheduling & Force Majeure
Academy's Rights: DesignGrow Academy reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a batch due to technical issues, mentor health, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be moved to the next available date.
Government/External Factors: If offline sessions are restricted by local government authorities (e.g., lockdown or local emergencies), the Academy may shift sessions online or pause the batch until it is safe to resume.
4. Equipment & Software
Mandatory Hardware: Students must possess a laptop capable of running Adobe Creative Cloud software. The Academy is not responsible for hardware failure or the inability of a student's laptop to run the required programs.
Software Licensing: Students are responsible for the installation and licensing of their own design software. The Academy provides training on how to use the tools, not the software licenses themselves.
5. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Learning Materials: All PDF guides, prompt lists, recorded snippets (if any), and curriculum structures are the property of Sashant G and DesignGrow Academy. Recording of live sessions via mobile or any other device is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Portfolio Usage: We take pride in our students' work. By joining, you allow us to use the designs you create during the course for our promotional materials, website, and social media. We will always endeavor to credit you as the creator.
6. Discipline & Venue Rules
Attendance: Missed sessions will not be compensated with extra hours. It is the student's responsibility to catch up via peer learning or brief check-ins with the mentor during regular class time.
Professionalism: Any student found engaging in disruptive behavior, harassment, or damage to the venue property will be expelled immediately. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Location Privacy: The exact location in Dighi, Pune, is shared only with confirmed students to maintain the privacy and security of the learning environment.
DesignGrow Academy: Official Enrollment Rules
1. The "Commitment" Rule
Strict Non-Refundability: The booking deposit is a commitment fee. Once paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances (including medical emergencies, travel issues, or personal change of mind).
Reasoning: Because we limit our batches to only 10 students, a "no-show" takes away an opportunity from another serious learner.
2. The "Balance" Deadline
Payment Completion: The remaining course fee must be paid before the start of the first session.
Forfeiture Clause: If a student fails to pay the balance by the deadline, their seat will be cancelled, and the advance deposit will be forfeited. The seat will then be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
3. The "Batch Transfer" Policy
One-Time Request: If you cannot attend the batch you booked, you may request a transfer to the next month's batch only.
Deadline: This request must be made at least 7 days before the current batch starts.
Fee: A small "Transfer Processing Fee" may apply, and the transfer is only possible if a seat is available in the next batch.
4. No "Trial" Period
As this is a premium, small-group offline masterclass, we do not offer "trial classes."
Once the course begins, the full fee is non-refundable, as the mentor’s time and resources are already allocated to the 10 students.
5. Cancellation by Academy
If DesignGrow Academy cancels a batch for any internal reason, students will be given two options:
• A 100% refund of the amount paid (including the advance).
• Priority booking for the next immediate batch.
